The Role
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Manager to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for cash management and intercompany funding, our TMS and bank communications, liquidity and risk mitigation, in alignment with the group financial strategy.
What will you be doing?
Champion Group Liquidity: Ensure optimal liquidity across entities by monitoring daily cash positions and enabling timely, strategic decision-making.
Lead Cash Management Automation & TMS Ownership: Identify pain points, benchmark best-in-class solutions, and lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. Own the Treasury Management System (Reval), driving enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements to ensure it supports evolving business needs.
Own and Optimise Bank Relationships: Act as a point of contact for our banking partners, select the right institutions to support TravelPerk’s growth ambitions, negotiate competitive terms, and continuously optimise our bank pool to ensure resilience, efficiency, and scalability.
Optimise Short-Term Funding & Investments: Execute smart, data-driven borrowing and investment strategies to maximise yield while aligning with risk and business goals.
Develop KPIs & Strategic Reporting: Build and enhance Treasury dashboards and reporting frameworks that inform and influence key stakeholders.
Lead High-Impact Projects: Take the lead on cross-functional Treasury projects, from idea to execution, delivering measurable business outcomes.
Support M&A Treasury Integrations: Play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies into our treasury infrastructure aligning bank accounts, onboarding entities, and embedding them into existing routines and processes.
Standardise and Document Treasury Processes: Own the documentation of core treasury processes and develop clear, scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Create and maintain a Treasury Playbook to ensure alignment, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.

- Extensive Solid treasury experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and to apply advanced analytical skills and provide alternative solutions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation as well as internal and external clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Advanced MS Excel user.
- Experience working with/implementing treasury management solutions.
- Experience working with Reval (TMS from the ION group) is a plus.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs.
