We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth, managing a robust pipeline of technical roles for clients with a focus on the North-Eastern United States, as well as secondary markets in Canada and Western Europe. You are not just filling seats; you are a strategic partner to our Team and Client. You possess the agility to switch gears instantly, the organizational prowess to manage 20+ open requisitions simultaneously, and the emotional intelligence to build lasting relationships with candidates
Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Full Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of technical requisitions (averaging 15–25+ open roles), including Software Engineers, AI Software Builders, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, and DevOps Engineers.
- Execute rapid sourcing, screening, and submission of candidates to meet tight SLAs (Service Level Agreements) typical of the consultancy industry.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-Ray search) to uncover passive talent.
- Navigate the nuances of hiring in both the US and Canada, including understanding different employment types.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Internal and External Clients to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights on salary trends and talent availability in specific North American hubs.
- Coordinate complex interview loops involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain impeccable data integrity within the ATS.
- Prioritize open requisitions based on "urgency" and "business impact," adjusting focus as client needs shift.
Must-Have:
- Experience: 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a large organisation, with at least 3 years specifically within a Consultancy, Staffing Agency, or RPO environment.
- High Volume: Proven track record of successfully managing 15+ technical requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Tech Savvy: Expert-level understanding of modern technology stacks and the use of AI within development teams (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, React, Python, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, LLMs, Coolify, Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, Github CoPilot) and you possess the technical depth required to rigorously screen candidates for high level competence.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of US and Canadian labour markets and proven talent network, compensation structures, and hiring compliance.
- Toolkit: Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, Greenhouse preferred.
- Organizational Master: You live by your calendar and to-do lists. You never let a candidate fall through the cracks, regardless of how busy the pipeline is.
- Extreme Flexibility: You are comfortable with ambiguity. In a consultancy, client priorities change overnight; you are able to pivot your focus immediately without frustration.
- Collaborative Spirit: You believe recruitment is a team sport. You share leads, mentor junior recruiters, and communicate openly with stakeholders.
