SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure, identity management, and automation solutions. This role requires a broad understanding of IT systems and the ability to analyze complex issues, evaluate possible solutions, and apply sound judgment within established operational policies. Working with minimal oversight, the IT Systems Engineer independently manages technical initiatives and contributes to process improvements that enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.
SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $82,297 - $134,087.50 CAD base plus bonuses/commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage, monitor and optimize SOCi’s business information technology infrastructure
- Manage, monitor and optimize workflow automation and system integrations
- Manage, monitor and optimize, identity and access management (IAM) across SOCi
- Manage and monitor our device management for operational efficiency and compliance
- Administer, evaluate and operate backup and disaster recovery strategies at SOCi
- Administer patch management across SOCi’s end user device fleet
- Assist our security team with network discovery and end point monitoring
- Respond to user support requests via our IT helpdesk with great customer service
- Respond to critical incidents, identify and recommend solutions for resolution
- Provide rotational on-call support for help desk and critical incidents
- Support strategic goals by collaborating on IT projects with business and security teams
- Maintain IT documentation on operating procedures, systems and configurations
- Analyze IT processes, and recommend improvements to management
- Use data analysis to measure IT performance in collaboration with management
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Hybrid Opportunity: Ability to work remotely, with potential hybrid configuration at a later date
- Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, or related fields
- Expertise in identity and access management (IAM), particularly with OneLogin, Okta, or Azure AD
- Strong knowledge of device management solutions (Intune, JAMF, or similar)
- Experience with IT automation tools, including Zapier, Workato, Celigo or equivalent tool
- Ability to independently assess, prioritize, and resolve complex technical issues within established guidelines
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
