We're looking for a Technical Engagement Manager to help our customers accelerate their testing infrastructure with Parallel Domain simulation. You will have an opportunity to collaborate closely with autonomous vehicle, autonomous drone & other development teams as well as our internal product and engineering groups. Ideal candidates have technical backgrounds as well as multiple years of experience in consulting, technical program management, or customer success.


This position is either based in the European Union or the Bay Area, California.

In this role, you will:

  • Enable customers in the autonomous vehicles, drones and other industries, as they test, develop, analyze and train their AI models on our simulation platform synthetic data delivery projects for strategic autonomous vehicle and drone customers
  • Work closely with our own product, engineering, and content teams to enable rapid outcomes for our customer base
  • Collaborate with our sales and solutions engineering teams to gather ongoing customer requirements through detailed technical discussions and scoping meetings
  • Run quarterly reviews with our technical customers and their leadership teams, including semi-regular onsite visits with customers.
  • Deeply understand our prospects and customers to demonstrate how Parallel Domain can provide value for additional customer use cases
  • Explore new product development areas driven by strategic understanding of customer landscape

About You:

  • 5+ years of consulting or customer success experience
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn in the fields of computer science and machine learning. Basic understanding of API products and scripting languages such as Python.
  • Strong motivation to drive value for prospects & customers - and to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Driven, proactive, organized, high level of professionalism, and strong cross-functional teaming skills
  • Strong analytics experience, ideally with experience collecting and analyzing product analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to travel frequently to different customer locations to work onsite

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the autonomous systems and/or computer vision industries, including but not limited to autonomous vehicles, delivery robots, drones, etc.
  • Experience at a B2B software startup.
  • Experience in automotive OEMs
