About the Role
Must be based in Canada (Vancouver preferred).
We are looking for a Senior Engineer with deep experience in building production-grade software, particularly in modern frontend development. Our stack lives in AWS Cloud, our backend runs on Ruby on Rails, and the frontend relies on React libraries.
In this role, you will:
- Lead frontend efforts, setting high standards for design, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and backend integration.
- Bring empathy for the user experience and a keen eye for elegant design.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams to deliver exceptional software.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on frontend and full-stack applications.
- Expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with solid grounding in UI/UX design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and integrating frontend components with backend services.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

What We Offer
