In this role, you'll have the opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems while driving innovation across our platform. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design and development of new features across the stack (C#, .NET, React, SQL)
• Participate in architecture decisions and tech strategy discussions
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Take ownership of key technical challenges around performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Proactively propose solutions and improvements to the platform and processes

Due to an exciting period of growth, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for a Senior Software Developer to join our team in Vancouver, BC, on a full-time basis. Here’s what we’re looking for in a successful candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated professional software development experience
• Strong experience with .NET (C#), SQL Server, and modern front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar front-end/back-end technologies)
• Solid understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure)
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and delivering high-quality software
• Excellent communication skills — both technical and non-technical
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Bonus: experience in GRC, security, or compliance software
