As a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Engineer, you'll partner with enterprise clients to design and implement next-generation AI-powered customer and employee experiences using Salesforce's latest AI technologies.

As a senior member of our Salesforce practice, you'll help clients modernize customer service through intelligent automation and generative AI.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions that automate customer and employee interactions.
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver AI-powered case management, self-service, and intelligent support experiences.
- Build AI agents using Agentforce, including prompts, topics, actions, orchestration, and conversational workflows.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, Knowledge, Flows, Data Cloud, and enterprise applications.
- Configure Salesforce Trust Layer, security controls, and data grounding to ensure secure and responsible AI experiences.
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and APIs.
- Partner with solution architects and client stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution planning.
- Support testing, deployment, release management, and production optimization.
- Champion Salesforce best practices while contributing to reusable assets and delivery standards across client engagements.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor teammates and contribute technical leadership.

Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Salesforce Agentforce or other Salesforce AI technologies.
- Strong expertise with:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- REST and SOAP integrations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and the Salesforce Trust Layer.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce AI Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce Studio.
- Experience delivering enterprise CRM modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
