The RoleReporting to the Corporate Controller, the Senior Revenue Analyst will be a critical member of the finance team responsible for auditing, redesigning, and optimizing revenue-related processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring revenue assurance by identifying and preventing potential revenue leakage, while supporting our billing transformation and modernization initiatives.
The Senior Revenue Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to data integrity improvements as we transition from Hubspot to Salesforce, integrate with NetSuite, and connect our in-house asset management platform.
What You’ll DoRevenue Assurance & Process OptimizationImplement controls and processes to detect and prevent revenue leakage across billing and system integrations.
Audit existing revenue, billing, and reconciliation processes; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Perform complex reconciliations across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity despite incomplete or unstructured data.
Leverage advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions to automate reporting and processes; design and implement reusable models.
Support and lead initiatives to adopt AI-powered tools within the billing and revenue functions, collaborating on a roadmap for technology adoption.
Participate hands-on in data clean-up, validation, and migration during system transitions; establish frameworks for testing integrations.
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
Must-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas and automation
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (preferably NetSuite, Salesforce, Hubspot)
Demonstrated ability to audit and redesign processes
Strong skills in reconciling complex, unstructured data across multiple systems
High prioritization and project management skills
Comfortable with hands-on data clean-up and process validation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to AI tools or automation frameworks in a billing or finance environment
Experience with asset management systems or SaaS business models
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
