About the role

We’re searching for a passionate Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Vancouver Recruiting team! This exciting role directly impacts candidate experience while managing internal stakeholders across the hiring process. You'll leverage your industry knowledge, sense of urgency and ability to sweat the details to help us evolve how we connect talented humans to career opportunities at Remitly. You'll accomplish this by partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers and the broader People Team. You will be a Remitly brand ambassador throughout the candidate experience journey.
 

You Have:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruiting coordinating role, or a scheduling-heavy role, ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: You’re approachable, resourceful, and bring a positive, customer-focused mindset to every interaction.

  • A global mindset and experience in working with global teams is highly preferred

  • Experience with GoodTime and Workday preferred

  • Organizational and interpersonal skills, to build strong relationship with key stakeholders

  • Familiarity with excel, reporting and tracking

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is $32-$40 per hour. In Canada, Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan. Your recruiter can share more information about medical benefits offered, as well as other financial benefits and total compensation components offered with this role.
