👉 Your responsibilities at Trezor:Lead the entire product development cycle — from discovery to development and the launch of innovative products and features.
Develop and execute a holistic, contextual product strategy that aligns with company vision, user needs, and business objectives.
Drive product discovery in cooperation with our Research and Data teams: deeply understand customer problems, validate solutions, and ensure continuous learning from real user feedback.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, and vice versa.
Lead a dedicated cross-functional team to discover, prioritize, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for users and the business.
Define the scope and roadmap for new features and improvements, and manage backlog and project planning activities.
Previous experience (min. 4 years) as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in the crypto or fintech industry.
Ability to think strategically and manage the entire product lifecycle, from the ideation stage to the product's launch.
Strong stakeholder and team management skills — high emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly articulating product requirements.
Very good understanding of technical requirements, with a focus on front-end development. Experience with building UI and user flows on desktop and mobile platforms.
A positive attitude toward creative problem-solving and a strategic mindset. You are comfortable in taking ownership of things and navigating uncertainty.
Interest, knowledge and understanding of the crypto industry. User experience with crypto wallets is a great advantage!
Fluency in English.
