We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and help us lead the charge in building next-generation solutions for dental practices. ✨What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager at Intiveo, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our product offering. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development:

    • Define and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key initiatives, timelines, and priorities.
    • Manage the feature backlog to align with Intiveo’s strategic objectives and vision.
    • Balance short-term impact with long-term growth in collaboration with leadership.

    Customer Insights & Research:

      • Conduct interviews and surveys to gather feedback, validate concepts, and understand customer needs.
      • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle to deliver user-centric solutions.

      Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

        • Identify market trends, competitive differentiators, and emerging opportunities through ongoing research.
        • Evaluate new product opportunities using insights from emerging technologies and industry trends.
        • Shape product strategies to maintain Intiveo’s edge in patient engagement software.

        Data Analysis & Performance Metrics:

          • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives.
          • Analyze product performance and user data to identify areas for improvement and drive optimization.

          Cross-Functional Collaboration:

            • Align with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to execute product objectives.
            • Act as the central communication hub to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

            Documentation & Communication:

              • Develop detailed feature strategies and clear user stories to guide the development process.
              • Share updates, strategies, and progress effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

                ✨Who You Are

                • Experience: 3+ years of proven product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior product management level. Experience in a B2B software environment, healthcare, dental technology, or patient engagement is a strong asset.
                • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
                • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
                • Customer Focus: A proven track record of understanding user needs and translating them into successful products.
                • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to align teams, communicate vision, and drive outcomes in a collaborative environment.
                • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to make decisions, measure impact, and refine your approach.
                • Technical Aptitude: While you don’t need to code, you should be able to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
                • Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a bias for action and a focus on delivering value to customers.
