What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Product Manager at Dr. Bill, you’ll be accountable for the outcomes of one of its product teams, and will work alongside peers in Product Design and Engineering to develop medical billing software that helps #GetPhysiciansPaid across Canada.
What will you do?

Produce insights about Dr.Bill’s customers, market, and product through frequent customer research activities, and by gaining subject matter expertise.

Develop and evangelize a compelling product strategy, founded on insights, that’s designed to support the product vision, and Dr.Bill’s business objectives.

Create, maintain, and advocate for your team’s product roadmap. Communicating updates and progress to executives, internal teams, and customers.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.

Work with colleagues within your product team, Dr.Bill, and across RBCx to foster a collaborative, and high-performing environment.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
-
Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with a focus on platform or SaaS products. Track record of starting new digital products/features, or helping existing ones scale in private growth-stage or public companies.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving shared goals.

Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable product strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive leadership.
Nice to have:

Experience working in the healthcare industry as either a vendor or a provider. Familiarity with provincial and federal health regulations, physician reimbursement models, and provider and healthcare facility operations is a significant asset.
