Want to make a lasting impact amongst a community of creative thinkers, problem solvers, technical gurus and high-performance application developers? We want to hear from you.

KONEK, our flagship domestic wallet, is designed to connect Canadians with a seamless and trusted way to pay, rooted in the Canadian ecosystem and backed by the country's largest financial institutions.

You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to shape and execute our business plan, manage integrated planning cycles, oversee performance tracking, and ensure alignment between our strategic priorities and delivery outcomes.

This is a hybrid role that blends senior product leadership with business enablement. You’ll guide product planning, own internal reporting and governance processes, and support product development teams in translating strategy into measurable impact.

  • Support delivery management activities across the KONEK portfolio.

  • Lead product discovery and business development material development (e.g., pitch decks).

  • Design and scale repeatable business processes, tools, and workflows for the Product Enablement function.

Governance & Risk Management

  • Support reporting for the Management Risk Committee (MRC) and Board Risk Committee (BRC).

  • Champion transparency and accountability across the KONEK portfolio through data-informed decision-making.

  • Serve as the key liaison for internal stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 9+ years in product management, product operations, or business management roles in a technology or financial services environment.

  • Proven ability to lead planning processes, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver strategic insights to executive leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience with Agile product development, OKRs, and operational governance frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance execution with strategic thinking and systems design.

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
