About the roleWe're looking for a Product Designer to help transform and scale our product while delivering exceptional user experiences. At Cast AI, we foster open collaboration in a flat structure, giving you the opportunity to work with top-tier professionals and shape key product components.
Designing for Cast AI isn't just about aesthetics. It's about tackling technical challenges and understanding how things are wired at the backend. With a platform built for DevOps and engineers, technical awareness is crucial. To create intuitive experiences, you'll need to immerse yourself in the technology, learning how complex systems interact and making them more accessible through thoughtful design.

Requirements:- A portfolio or case study showcasing design work for SaaS platforms, data visualization tools, or similar data-heavy applications.
- Proven experience across all design phases: user research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and usability testing.
- Highly curious about technology. You can understand APIs, are comfortable working alongside developers, and can articulate design decisions to technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for developer tooling, infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts or cloud cost optimization workflows.
- Develop deep product understanding to identify improvement opportunities, define user problems, and craft effective solutions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding agilely to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines.
- Provide and seek feedback from fellow designers and cross-functional team members (design, engineering, product, sales) to foster continuous improvement.
- Lead and conduct research initiatives end-to-end, developing user personas and journey maps to advocate for users and drive design decisions based on insights.
