Senior Product Designer - Customer Experience
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Lead Product Designer to own Matic’s customer experience and take it to the next level. This is an end-to-end role where you will be responsible for owning the digital experience for our customers, from research to execution. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product management, operations, and compliance to continuously improve speed-to-quote, quote accuracy, and quote conversion.
Responsibilities
- Create a strong design vision and the corresponding alignment with product and engineering to realize the vision.
- Partner with our data and marketing teams to help translate user insights into design strategy.
- Collaborate to build and refine a new design language system that spans across our CX products
- Evangelize design across the organization.
- Refine and evolve our existing CX design language.
- Develop research plans and execute them to better understand our user’s desires and motivations.
- Define and track success metrics for customer experience across our CX products.
- Help us ideate on and deploy new design processes into our development cycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product design experience
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skill and an understanding of user-centered design.
- A track record of delivering successful consumer facing products and features
- A strong systems thinker with experience working within product ecosystems.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and collaborative.

- Experience with navigating complex compliance requirements
- Knowledge of insurance compliance, underwriting, or rating methodologies.
