About Offworld:

Offworld Industries Ltd. (Offworld) is the independent studio behind the successful military first-person shooter game, “Squad”. Offworld was formed in 2014 by more than 15 developers who had worked together on the well-known Project Reality mod for Battlefield 2. The founding purpose of the team was to bring a standalone successor of this acclaimed mod to market and build a game development studio and a livelihood from that foundation.

Fast forward to 2025, Offworld has almost 150 employees and is rapidly growing. We have been expanding the studio into serving as a publisher supporting mods and have released our newest title, "Starship Troopers: Extermination", a 16-player PvE first-person shooter based on the 1997 cult-classic film.

We are built on passion, unified spirit and continuing efforts to break the mold. We strive to become a leader in creating large-scale multiplayer games as well as supplying others with the ability to do the same. We are looking for a talented Senior Producer for our current and upcoming Unreal Engine based multiplayer games. If you are passionate about making great games and a team player, we are looking for you!

  • Balance team morale and motivation with business needs, providing clear direction and support.
  • Exhibit strong emotional intelligence to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with professionalism and patience.
  • Coach and mentor team members through challenges, difficult behaviors, and conflicts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Seek and incorporate feedback constructively to improve leadership effectiveness and project outcomes.
  • Take full accountability for project successes and failures, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in game production or product leadership roles, ideally with both development and publishing exposure.
  • Demonstrated success managing at least one major live service game post-launch, including scaling infrastructure, evolving monetization, and community engagement.
  • Proven ability to work within different development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models), tailoring processes to project needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management for outsourcing, licensing, or co-development partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in shipping multiple AA or AAA titles, from concept to launch and through live operations.
  • Deep understanding of the complexities of large-scale production pipelines, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and publisher/developer relationships.
  • Ability to apply lessons learned from past projects to anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Strong credibility with both internal teams and external partners, drawing on proven track records of high-quality releases.
