We value high-impact, high-accountability with a sense of urgency where you’re enabled to do your best work and embrace your potential. If you’re driven by purpose, thrive on solving complex challenges, and want to be part of the team that’s helping to secure the AI age, we invite you to bring your talents to Zscaler and help shape the future of cybersecurity.

We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Programs Manager to join our Partner Marketing team. This is a hybrid or remote US-based role, reporting to the Senior Director Marketing.

As the Senior Partner Marketing Programs Manager, you will own the strategy, development, and management of partner campaigns, programs, and supporting tools that drive global, multi-region partner marketing initiatives at scale. You will lead the Partner Demand Center and virtual partner marketing model, creating scalable offerings that increase partner participation, improve campaign throughput, and support consistent execution across regions. In partnership with regional partner marketing, campaign teams, field marketing, and marketing operations, you will equip teams and our partners with the plays, guidance, and infrastructure needed to activate programs in markets. You will also define performance metrics, oversee reporting and governance, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Owning the Partner Demand Center and virtual partner marketing manager model to increase partner adoption, improve campaign throughput, and deliver a consistent partner experience
  • Leading the strategy and development of global partner marketing programs that drive pipeline growth across Zscaler’s partner ecosystem, with an increased focus on the commercial space
  • Building and enabling repeatable campaign plays, toolkits, and activation strategies that help regional teams execute effective partner programs at scale
  • Partnering cross-functionally with regional partner marketing, field marketing, campaign leadership, and marketing operations to launch scalable campaigns and support theatre-level demand generation efforts
  • Defining performance metrics, overseeing reporting and governance, and using data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, attribution, and overall marketing impact

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. You adapt to what’s needed, navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
  • You operate with urgency. You understand that in a high-growth environment, speed and quality are not mutually exclusive. You have a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action, delivering high-impact results quickly to win for the customer and the team.
  • You are a pragmatic builder. You are obsessed with creating, iterating, and shipping. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and build the first version yourself, balancing the drive for technical excellence with the need to deliver value to users quickly.
  • You are data-driven. You use data and analytics to find the truth, measure what matters, and guide informed decisions. You value evidence over assumptions, replacing "I think" with "I know" to drive better outcomes.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Proven experience leading partner marketing or demand generation programs with/through partners that drive pipeline growth
  • Ability to develop, execute, and scale integrated marketing campaigns and partner programs end to end
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across campaign, regional, field, and operations teams
  • Strong communication and partnership-building skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining campaign metrics, analyzing performance, and optimizing programs through reporting, attribution, and governance

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience supporting global, multi-region partner marketing motions and enabling field execution across regional teams
  • Experience building or scaling partner marketing infrastructure, such as Zift/Unifyr, and virtual partner marketing model
  • Experience using SFDC and Tableau for reporting and measurement
