responsive web app into a seamless native like application using Capacitor and modern web
technologies. You will collaborate with web developers, designers, and product managers to

- Drive execution and shape recommendations that refine our mobile technical roadmap
- Recommend and implement responsive mobile strategies while maintaining compatibility
across existing desktop, Chromebook, and tablet breakpoints - Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to refine and elevate mobile-specific designs
- Support our mobile release strategy by ensuring the existing CI/CD pipeline is optimized
for hybrid deployment, using patterns like side-loading to maintain compatibility and
streamline releases - Develop custom Capacitor plugins for iOS and Android to extend functionality beyond
what existing plugins offer - Create solutions for mobile-specific needs, including deep links, push notifications,
other native functionality - Optimize mobile performance by minimizing load times, reducing memory usage, and
resolving platform-specific issues - Implement security best practices for mobile applications, ensuring robust data protection
and effective management of permissions - Ensure the mobile experience meets accessibility standards and delivers an inclusive
experience for all users through features like screen reader support, accessible

- Proven experience in mobile development using frameworks like Capacitor or React
Native to build, deploy, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android - Solid understanding of Capacitor and web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue - Experience integrating native device APIs (e.g. camera, geolocation, notifications) a
developing custom plugins for iOS and Android - A keen eye for identifying bottlenecks and optimizing app performance, responsiveness,
