Job Description

Responsibilities 

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• A minimum of 5 years of tax experience 

• Developing budgets, determining resource requirements, and directing engagements.

• Participating in managing a compliance groups by assisting with forecasting future planning, compliance and advisory work and delegating work effectively.

• Maintaining continuous communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring outstanding client service.

• Determining all information necessary to guarantee accurate tax compliance products.

• Formulating a plan to gather information. Overseeing the issues management process and adapt to challenges in the compliance process.

• Sharing knowledge to grow professionally while enhancing service delivery. -Facilitating open communication and supervising staff and peers.
