Ready to be a Titan?

We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and strategic finance leader to join our Revenue FP&A team. In this role, you won’t just forecast revenue—you’ll build and refine the story behind our growth. You’ll work closely with executives, navigate messy and evolving datasets, and lead continuous improvements in forecasting and decision-making processes to keep pace with our rapid scale.

This is not a plug-and-play FP&A role. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working with imperfect data, knows how to extract signals from noise, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and elevate the SaaS subscription revenue forecast: Lead our monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, and annual planning processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.

  • Strategic business partner: Work closely with C-level and senior executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and GTM to influence strategic decisions.

  • Drive transformation: Design and implement automation and AI solutions to forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.

  • Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

  •  Executive storytelling: Translate complex and incomplete data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations tailored for leadership.

  • Cross-functional leadership: Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking, including 3+ years in leadership roles.

  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.

  • Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to develop junior talent.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

  • Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact.

Be Human With Us:

Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. It’s about the experiences we have, people we meet, and the perspectives we share. So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway. We need amazing people like you to help us challenge the conventional and think differently about the problems that we’re solving. We’re in this together. Come be human, with us.

What We Offer

When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job. You’re making a career move. Here’s how we’ll support you in doing some of the most impactful work of your career:

  • Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career. We offer a comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events. Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.

  • Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents, RSP match, and an employee assistance program.

  • Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk, financial planning tools, and more.

At ServiceTitan, we celebrate individuality and uniqueness. We believe that the convergence of fresh perspectives and experiences from all walks of life is what makes our product and culture so great. We strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply. We do not discriminate against employees based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity or expression, age, disability, pregnancy (including childbirth, breastfeeding, or related medical condition), genetic information, protected military or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $137,400 CAD - $206,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
