As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Hiive, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring our products resonate with our users and drive business growth.
In this role, your responsibilities would include:

Developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption for Hiive’s products.

Defining and refining Hiive’s messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.

Leading product launches from conception to execution, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Capital Markets, and Growth teams.

Creating compelling user enablement materials, including product collateral, pitch decks, and case studies.

Partnering with the Demand Generation team to build and execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and adoption.

Conducting competitive analysis and market research to build out positioning, and GTM strategies.

Collaborating closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions based on user insights and market trends.
Required Skills:

5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses.

Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

Experience developing sales enablement tools and working closely with sales teams.

Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in venture capital, private equity or marketplaces.

Deep understanding of the startup and venture ecosystem.

Familiarity with data-driven marketing approaches and performance analytics.

Experience working with product-led growth (PLG) and enterprise sales motions
