Senior Manager, Procurement Process, Systems & Analytics

Job Description Summary

As STEMCELL continues to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement Process, Systems and Analytics to support our growing operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Procurement team’s system, process, and data initiatives, while simultaneously providing robust analytics solutions for decision makers and key stakeholders across the organization. You will manage a team of system and data analysts, and collaborate cross-departmentally with Information Systems, Procurement, Finance, and Operations and others as required to drive the successful implementation, utilization, and optimization of various systems, tools, and technologies.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish data governance frameworks and oversee master data governance for Procurement; lead the development of metrics, reporting systems and team-specific dashboards

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the Procurement department on new systems, processes, and data management practices

• Lead the investigation, identification and resolution of issues within existing Procurement systems, processes and data while anticipating change and collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Represent the department within cross-functional teams as a business owner and key contributor to projects, implementations and upgrades that impact Procurement systems, processes and/or data.

• Establish and lead the achievement of annual team goals with a 1-2 year strategic time horizon and contribute to the development of departmental goals while providing critical input towards planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.) to align with long-term corporate vision.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years of experience or PhD with 7+ years of experience (qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management, and/or Information Systems or related fields preferred)

• 5+ years in a data and systems managerial role with demonstrate stakeholder influence and engagement

• In-depth understanding of data models, structure and mapping including data extraction, wrangling and visualization with a solid understanding of data governance

• Experience with implementation or as a user of S/4HANA and SAP Ariba is strongly preferred

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$119,600.00 - $179,400.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
