About the Role:
- Partner directly with senior executives across Corporate and Software functions to design and execute people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of People Business Partners to deliver proactive, high-quality support and strategic guidance to their client groups.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies to ensure the right talent, in the right roles, at the right time.
- Act as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and cultural alignment, using data and insights to influence executive decision-making.
- Champion change management efforts, guiding leaders and teams through performance management and growth.
About You:
- Proven track record leading HR initiatives for both corporate and technical/engineering functions.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align people strategies to business outcomes.
- Exceptional relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
Nice to haves but not required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, including significant HRBP experience supporting senior executives.
- Familiarity with compensation design and talent analytics.
