You’ll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor on the Total Rewards team, driving scalable solutions that support our growth as a global organization. In this role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with operational execution across key areas—job architecture, incentive programs, pay equity and transparency, compensation governance, and executive and equity compensation. You'll partner cross-functionally across the business, including People & Culture, Finance, and senior leaders, to ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and forward-looking—balancing global consistency with local relevance.

While the role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, this role is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
