What you'll do as a Senior Lead Software Engineer

What you'll bring

Over 9 years of experience in Software Engineering, with 5+ years focused on building and scaling machine learning systems in production, demonstrating expertise in MLOps, advanced ML techniques, and leadership in solving complex, high-impact problems.

Skilled in cloud infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with vertexAI, and experienced with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing scalable services.

Proficient in using observability tools such as DataDog and Google Cloud Observability Platform for production monitoring and alerting, and knowledgeable in event-driven messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) with practical, real-world experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 160,700.00 USD - 200,900.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
