As we continue to expand our market presence, we’re looking for a talented GTM Strategy Senior Analyst to join our GTM Strategy Team and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) efforts. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, sales, enablement and customer success—to define, optimize, and execute our GTM strategy for maximum impact and growth. If you're excited about driving strategic initiatives, from new product launches to activating new markets, and contributing to the success of a rapidly scaling SaaS company, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

  • GTM Strategy Development: Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and leadership to define go-to-market strategies for new product launches, market expansions, and overall GTM design (including industries/verticals and segmentation).
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform the development of targeted GTM strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. Share these results and recommendations with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, to drive alignment across the organization.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Help drive the implementation and execution of new projects, programs and initiatives - from ideation to implementation and ongoing management to ensure success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, sales, enablement, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of GTM plans across all departments.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, GTM strategy and operations within a high growth tech company, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data. Experience handling large data sets, drawing insights from data, and modeling.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (eg. Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau), presentation tools (eg. PowerPoint/Google Slides), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights and strategic recommendations.

Bonus skills:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to jump into new situations and quickly solve problems, with an eye toward architecting solutions that will scale
  • Naturally a curious and strategic thinker who enjoys identifying areas of improvement and problem solving
  • Empathetic and effective operational mindset to work cross-functionally with many different stakeholders
  • Ownership mentality with the ability to take initiative and make things happen

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) / RRSP enrollment program.
  • Take what you need PTO.
  • A Work Culture where:
    • You’ll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values, Smart Humble Optimist.
    • We believe in meritocracy, where ideas and effort are publicly celebrated.
