What You'll Do
- Design and build next-generation platforms that empower researchers and accelerate scientific discovery—from scalable web applications to intelligent, AI-driven experiences.
- Develop and maintain high-performance front-end and back-end systems using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, and Python, ensuring exceptional quality, speed, and reliability.
- Integrate agentic AI systems that augment human creativity and automate complex research and writing workflows.
- Contribute to architecture and system design, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with the organization's long-term technology strategy.
- Drive innovation by experimenting with new frameworks, tools, and methods that increase development velocity and platform performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Design, QA, AI Engineering, and DevOps—to translate product vision into elegant, executable solutions.
- Deliver clean, maintainable, and testable code through disciplined development practices, thoughtful peer reviews, and proactive documentation.
- Take ownership of your work from concept to deployment, ensuring smooth releases and reliable post-launch performance.
- Mentor and collaborate with peers, sharing knowledge, supporting growth, and contributing to a culture of engineering excellence.

Requirements
- A full-stack craftsman—You have deep experience designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications across the stack using technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Python, and modern databases (MySQL, Postgres).
