We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our E-commerce and Partnerships Team! In this role, you will primarily use React, Next.js, and Typescript.
This is a hybrid position with 2 days/week in the office, and the employee MUST be located within the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You’ll Do
- Be a key part of a team of developers in designing and building software systems with best practices in maintainability and quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Design and build features and functionality delivered on time and within scope
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by doing code reviews and establishing coding standards and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience delivering complex software systems and solving technical challenges.
- Strong frontend experience with frameworks like React, Next.js, and Typescript.
- Experience writing tests in Jest or Playwright.
- Backend experience using Python, Flask, and/or FastAPI is appreciated.
- Ability to break down complex projects into components or milestones that other engineers can easily pick up.
- Motivation to influence our engineering organization to level up the quality, reliability, and performance of the services we ship.
- Demonstrated collaboration with co-workers on cross-functional teams.
- Experience building consumer-facing applications and internal tools

- The base salary for this role ranges from $135,000 - $190,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
