Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences, including the executive level. In this role, you'll help shape strategic decisions by providing meaningful analysis that guides different business functions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Be responsible for developing and enhancing the FP&A support provided to the Corporate Group.
- Build strategic relationships across the organisation and at all levels, gaining a deep knowledge of that area and providing insight into financial data that influences strategic decision-making
- Work in collaboration to review all core FP&A functions including but not limited to management reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and project analysis
- Partner in the development of key performance financial indicators and cost levers
- Deliver results professionally clearly, highlighting key assumptions and potential risks to drive and support recommendations for business decisions
- Stay abreast of developments in analytical tools, techniques and industry standards/best practice
What you’ll have:
- A university degree and a professional accounting designation (CPA) or finance designation (CFA)
- 5+ years of related progressive experience in Finance
- Proven track record as a valued business partner
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and storytelling
- Ability to interpret data, order and assess its value and then present the findings, clearly and concisely, to relevant stakeholders including the ELT
- Working knowledge of core financial systems and an understanding of process automation capabilities including experience with financial modelling, analytics, and data visualization methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Display an agile mindset to accommodate a dynamic environment
- Collaboration skills with a proven track record of driving change through team and trust building
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with a financial institution
- Knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
The salary range represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
