Product Marketing Leader

AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our platform helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health and we help MedTech companies identify how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians can better serve their patients.

We are targeting a VP or Senior Director for this role. The VP or Senior Director of Product Marketing will lead and elevate our product marketing efforts to drive us to our next stage of growth. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can bring clarity to go-to-market strategies, deliver compelling messaging, and create impactful enablement materials to support sales and other customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience fostering a culture of excellence while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

This role requires a strong leader with B2B software experience, startup expertise, and a proven history of scaling high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development of clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market, resonates with our target audiences, and communicates our unique value proposition.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, market needs, and competitor movements, and integrate insights into our product marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Lead efforts to create or redefine market categories where necessary, ensuring differentiation and thought leadership.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with customer needs, market conditions, and business goals.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate our value propositions.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in taking an early-stage B2B software company through periods of rapid growth and success.
  • Proven track record of creating impactful messaging, positioning, and sales enablement strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging and materials.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry
