As a Senior Director, Creative at Hiive, you will build the creative center of our organization. First, you will transform our complex business into a cohesive visual identity that solidifies us as the leaders in our space. During this process, you will have the creative freedom to explore multiple directions for every project and work closely with our executive team to develop Hiive’s unique personality. Throughout that journey you will start to understand the creative needs for our organization and will then be able to build out the creative team that you deem is necessary for Hiive to continue to grow. In this role, your responsibilities would include:

Translate Hiive’s various personas into a compelling, cohesive narrative that is tailored to different audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

Methodically build, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team to support our evolving business needs.

Drive Hiive’s rebranding efforts, ensuring a seamless transition that strengthens our position in the market.

Oversee and optimize the cadence of content production, ensuring high-quality, impactful creative output across all channels.

Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative initiatives with business goals.
Required Skills:

10+ years of design, brand and/or marketing work
-
Proven experience in brand leadership, creative direction, and team management.

A track record of successfully leading brand strategy and rebranding efforts.

Deep expertise in visual storytelling, content strategy, and creative production.

Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling brand narratives.

Experience working cross-functionally to align creative initiatives with marketing, product, and business goals.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in fintech, marketplaces or another complex industry

Experience with unique data visualization techniques

Animation and/or video editing ability
