Job Summary
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and optimize the software build process, ensure security compliance, and support our infrastructure at scale. The ideal candidate is proficient in infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting, with deep expertise in Artifactory, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and security practices within self-hosted environments.
Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and scale Artifactory across multiple data centers, ensuring reliability and performance.

Lead the transition of workloads from Azure to OpenStack cloud, ensuring operational rigor.

Optimize and govern the build process for thousands of repositories.
-
Implement and maintain security best practices for software development workflows.

Orchestrate changes across a complex Release Platform (Harness, Flex, Spinegar, etc.).
-
Support and maintain 1000s of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring uptime and performance.
-
Enhance observability and troubleshooting capabilities for on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.

Operationalize GitHub Enterprise for self-hosted runners, enabling scalable CI/CD workflows.

Work with PostgreSQL databases to ensure high availability and performance.

Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions to streamline deployments.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

Strong expertise in Artifactory at scale, including monitoring, performance tuning, and security.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes, networking, and infrastructure management.

Experience with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and scaling strategies.

Expertise in software build processes and repository management.

Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting languages to automate workflows.

Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premise and Azure/OpenStack cloud).

Security-first mindset, ensuring compliance and best practices in software builds.

Experience with CI/CD tools and release orchestration platforms (Harness, Flex, Spinnaker, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
