About the Opportunity

Due to an exciting period of expansion, we are seeking a talented Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This role will focus on building and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital advertising strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize lead acquisition and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and buyer personas, focusing on enterprise audiences.
  • Execute and manage PPC campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, events, sponsorships, and direct mail.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to monitor conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, content, and creative teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Partner with finance and leadership teams to forecast and allocate marketing budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and associations to explore new demand generation opportunities.

KPIs/Success Metrics

  • Drive significant growth in SQLs through expanded and optimized paid media channels
  • Maintain or improve current lead conversion rates while scaling volume
  • Meet or exceed monthly demo request targets
  • Successfully launch and optimize new paid media channels beyond Google Ads, particularly LinkedIn and Bing Ads
  • Manage campaign efficiency within target CPL and CAC parameters
  • Develop and implement effective attribution models to accurately measure channel performance and ROI
  • Improve campaign conversion rates through continuous A/B testing and optimization
  • Identify and develop new scalable demand generation channels within the first 6 months
  • Partner closely with the sales team to maintain strong collaboration while enhancing lead qualification processes
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Establish benchmarks for new channels and demonstrate positive ROI within first 90 days

This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills and expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and paid media optimization. We value a results-oriented professional who is eager to take ownership and drive impact.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic social media strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience marketing GRC software platforms, security compliance solutions, or similar risk management technologies is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
