  • Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Azure Databricks, with strong experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data to support business decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate technical, operational, and business insights for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrable ability to proactively ask questions, analyze trends, influence decisions, and deliver actionable recommendations rather than merely react.

  • Experience supporting forecasting, workforce planning, capacity planning, budgeting, or variance analysis in an operations or analytical environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into operational, staffing, and financial insights for decision-makers.

  • Advanced Excel skills as our stakeholders still mainly use Excel for financial and all-purpose reporting

  • Note: All candidates will have their communication, critical thinking, and technical skills subjected to testing during the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban

  • Experience with Call Centre analytics and operations

  • Knowledge of Manulife & John Hancock Retirement products systems and operations.
