What you will do
- Be the technical authority and trusted advisor on the Sysdig Platform, reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.
- Build relationships across customer teams, from engineers to executives
- Align platform capabilities with customer goals to attain outcomes and value
- Guide deployment, architecture, and operational best practices
- Lead workshops to accelerate adoption and maximize platform impact
- Advocate for customer needs and influence product direction
- Partner with Sales on retention and growth
- Collaborate with Support and Services to ensure smooth implementations and fast issue resolution
What you will bring with you
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in enterprise environments (on-prem and cloud)
- Proficiency in container image creation and optimization
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, and automation tools
- Scripting and API integration skills
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
- Experience leading projects and working directly with customers
- Bonus: Knowledge of time series metrics, Prometheus, and monitoring frameworks like Golden Signals or the USE method
What we look for
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS, cloud, or security roles (e.g., TAM, CSE, DevOps, and Architect)
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and major cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Prometheus, PromQL, and container/cloud security practices
- One or more Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
- Collaborative technologists
- Bonus: Experience with Sysdig or Falco
- Ability to work onsite at customer's office in Dallas, at least 1-2 days a week

The U.S. annual salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 and $179,300 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
