The Senior Creative Project Manager is a savvy marketing and social media enthusiast, who makes it a point to stay up to date with industry trends. You are able to juggle a range of client partners within multiple industries such as retail, food, gaming, and entertainment. This role ensures successful cross-functional coordination between teams that leads to positive business outcomes through effective planning. You are the beacon and go-to-person to know the latest updates and guide each department on how to engage in the work. 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Work with the Director of Content Operations to manage projects through all stages of execution and delivery to ensure work is on time, accurate, and on budget
  • Monitor day-to-day milestones, understanding client requirements, writing proposals and briefs, and managing workflows
  • Optimize the delivery flow of teams, actively addressing the most complicated risks and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team or no clear ownership exists
  • Help to ensure creative quality, identify next steps, and drive projects throughout inception to delivery
  • You apply your knowledge of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across a number of diverse industries
  • You have experience with design, content development, and implementation of social strategiesYou understand all facets of project execution and can support all deliverables, including: timelines, pricing, budget analyses, channel strategy, measurement and reporting
  • Track hours and manage project scope changes and cost against budget
  • Foresee any roadblocks or issues and notify team resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in schedule
  • Develop strategic documents for client presentations and campaign/project plans, as well as program wrap and analysis reportsIdentify gaps and opportunities in content plans for new and existing clients
  • Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, allowing for problem solving outside of group meetings and calls

You'll Need To Have:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of professional related experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience navigating 360 campaigns and integrated productionsIn-depth knowledge of social media and its best practices
  • Must have a university degree, or college diploma, in a relevant field such as marketing, business, public relations, communications, and/or have equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects in a busy agency or studio environment
  • Superior communication and organizational skills, with acute attention to detail
  • Understanding of design principles with experience providing creative/design feedback
  • Experience growing brands on social media
  • Highly confident using Google Suite Tools
