We are seeking a passionate and skilled content designer to join the Tiers & Marketing Domain. This domain sits at the crossroads of marketing, brand, and product, with a focus on developing our benefits program and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for our clients. In this role, you will be embedded within the product design team and work closely with partners across brand and marketing to shape the future of our offerings and ensure a high-quality product for our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Write content for our mobile app and web platform, partnering closely with designers working across the Tiers & Marketing domain.
  • Deliver a unified and consistent voice and tone across all touch points in and outside of the product.
  • Conduct user research and leverage data to inform your designs, forming a strong understanding of our client’s needs and advocating for user-driven decision-making.
  • Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail is needed and when low-fidelity sketches are adequate for visualizing ideas.
  • Raise the quality bar of our user experience through delivering well crafted user experiences and continuously looking for areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering partners to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
  • Apply systems-thinking to content problems in order to holistically scale the product forward.
  • Contribute back to content guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other content designers in the organization to get and provide feedback. 
  • Regularly use the product and audit the experience to make quality improvements and provide feedback to your peers across R&D.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Experience writing for consumer-facing mobile apps.
  • Skilled in developing content standards and integrating them into design systems.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems and bring clarity to financial language.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience generating user insights and leading research studies.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
  • Passionate about personal finance and investing, and excited to share these ideas with others.
  • Capable of strategic thinking and executing detailed tasks.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
