Your Opportunity

BDO Canada is looking for a Senior Consultant, Change Management to be part of our Digital Strategy and Advisory Team. Working from anywhere in Canada, you will play a crucial role in cascading and championing innovation across teams by leading and driving comprehensive change management initiatives for digital transformation projects. This role is responsible for supporting and delivering strategic change frameworks to ensure smooth transitions during implementations of CRM, ERP, and HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing change management plans for CRM, ERP, and HRIS projects.
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify potential challenges.
  • Develop and deliver focused communications and training strategies in collaboration with project teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions to foster engagement.
  • Monitor progress and report on change adoption metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in change processes.

Your experience and education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in change management or consulting roles, with a focus on digital transformation OR equivalent job experience.
  • Familiarity with the implementation of CRM, ERP, or HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are an asset.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $113,000.
