What You’ll Be Doing: 

The Sr. Clinical Excellence Specialist (PMHNP) plays a pivotal role in supporting providers who partner with Grow Therapy.  You’ll be part of the Clinical Excellence team working to help providers achieve the highest standards of care, clinical outcomes, and client satisfaction. This position is responsible for outreaching licensed therapists and prescribers to strengthen their skills and knowledge, promote continuous quality improvement, and ensure that clinical practices align with regulatory requirements and best practices in the field. The Sr. Clinical Excellence Specialist (PMHNP) will work collaboratively with the quality team to drive excellence in client care and contribute to the overall mental health outcomes of care. 

In this role you'll: 

  • Provide outreach to contracted psychiatric nurse practitioners, as well as therapists, counselors, social workers, and psychologists, to support their professional development in areas such as interpersonal and clinical skills, meeting documentation requirements, and influencing positive client outcomes in care.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to identify areas for improvement and growth. 
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
  • Review charts and provide feedback to assist providers in improving their documentation practices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards. 
  • Engage in peer-to-peer clinical case consultations. 
  • Foster a culture of open communication, curiosity, support and collaboration among peers. 

Salary range: $145,000 - $153,000 USD

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
  • Active unrestricted PMHNP (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience in the mental health field, preferably in private practice billing commercial insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years experience supervising or leading behavioral health clinicians working in the mental health field
  • Minimum of 6 months experience running your own practice
  • Strong clinical expertise in behavioral health practices and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience working in quality improvement is a plus
