Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
At Arc’teryx we have ambitious climate and circular economy targets. A key lever on our climate goals as well as our circular economy targets is our enterprise waste. In order to pull that lever we need to accurately map it, measure it, and manage it cross-functionally. As the Sr. Circularity Specialist, you will use your in-depth knowledge of apparel industry and waste management practices to map Arc’teryx waste streams in our owned operations and value chain, build the capacity, processes and workplans to accurately measure the waste, and develop and lead the execution of an enterprise-wide waste management strategy. In this role you will be a key contributor to the ongoing evolution of our broad circular economy strategy and will be an essential driver of the organizational change required to support Arc’teryx’s transition to a more circular way of doing business.
You will work with our partners in supply chain, commercial, technology, product and brand helping to build capacity, establish KPIs and work plans, and track progress. Together with your Director you will simultaneously support the business in removing obstacles and hold the business accountable.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
