We’re looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to help scale how the organization plans, executes, and measures success. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and senior leaders to bring structure to complex work, improve operating rhythms, and ensure leaders have the clarity they need to make great decisions.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values leverage over busywork, and enjoys making organizations work better.
 

What You’ll DoDrive Execution & Alignment
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives that span Product, Engineering, and other business teams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs early and drive resolution through influence and collaboration.
  • Ensure work is well‑structured, prioritised, and progressing with clear ownership and accountability.
Build & Run Operating Mechanisms
  • Own and operate planning, intake, execution, and review cadences within your scope.
  • Improve existing processes to reduce friction, increase clarity, and improve delivery reliability.
  • Balance rigour with speed—creating processes that help teams move faster, not slower.
Enable Leadership Decision‑Making
  • Create clear, concise, decision‑ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Distil complex information into executive‑level narratives that highlight what matters most.
  • Proactively surface issues with context and recommended next steps.
Metrics, Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track meaningful operational and business metrics aligned to strategic goals.
  • Translate data into insights that drive action and improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how the organisation operates and help implement changes end‑to‑end.

The base salary for this role is CAD $80,000 – $90,000 per year. Total compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications
