Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business and GTM Recruiter to join our team as the founding member responsible for business and go-to-market hiring. In this pivotal role, you will lead recruitment efforts across critical areas of the business, including Student Operations, Sales & Success, Finance, and General & Administrative (G&A) functions. Beyond managing individual searches, you will play a key role in establishing foundational recruiting practices, such as interviewer and hiring manager training, employer branding, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) standardization, and making strategic decisions on recruiting tools.​ This role reports to the Head of People.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in Student Operations, Sales & Success, Finance, and G&A functions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.​

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.​

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of foundational recruiting practices, including interviewer and hiring manager training programs, to enhance the overall hiring process.

  • ATS and Tooling: Support the rollout and adoption of our ATS, Ashby, while bringing a curiosity to adopting new tooling that can improve productivity across the recruiting team.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a wide range of candidates and foster an inclusive workplace culture.​

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in hiring for business and GTM roles within high-growth environments

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.​

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.​

  • Process-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.​

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
