What you will be doing :
- Attending to requirements gathering meetings
- Writing Business Requirement Documents with adequate inputs
- Mapping of requirements to the modules/features
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Defining business requirements
Skills / Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of digital channels is required
- Proven experience in digital banking, including comprehensive knowledge of mobile and internet banking features and functionalities
- Thorough understanding of at least one of the Retail Banking Operations or Functions like Card Operations, Digital Banking, Retail On boarding and Account Opening
- Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and process flows using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards and experience with design mockups is an asset
- Experience in writing documentation for software applications or products
- Ability to prioritize the requirements
- Ability to consult the solution and development team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A high level of English proficiency is required
