Senior Backend Node.js Engineer - (LATAM)

As a Node.js Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of different platforms and applications; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define new solutions.
The impact you'll make:
- Work as part of a small Product Development team focused on rapid product development with data at the heart of everything you do.
- Implement effective data tracking and service performance tools to offer service performance insights, observability, and session tracking
- Work across both the frontend and backend leveraging a range of SaaS services, whether search/db/streams, etc. where needed.

What you'll bring to us:
- +7 years of experience working in backend web development roles.
- +5 years of experiencie working with NodeJS as main developing language.
- An understanding of modern fullstack development (Typescript/Javascript, CSS, NodeJS, etc.)
- Experience with AWS services: API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills
- Understand the importance of diversity and equality in a well-functioning team
