The Senior Associate, B2B Digital Marketing, will be a key member of the B2B
Client Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of B2B Programs. We are seeking a
highly motivated and results-driven marketing professional with a strong specialization in
Conversion Rate Optimization CRO to join our dynamic marketing team.
This role will be instrumental in driving full-funnel lead generation and improving the overall effectiveness of our B2B website and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing the user experience to maximize conversions. This individual will partner closely with our demand generation and web teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance lead capture, improve website performance, and optimize the customer journey at every stage. We are looking for a collaborative and effective communicator who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about driving action and achieving measurable results.

How You Will Make an Impact:Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies across all digital channels, including website, Folloze landing pages, and chat with the goal of increasing conversion rates at all stages of the marketing funnel
Conduct ongoing in-depth analysis of digital channels including website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement
Implement A/B testing to optimize channels, such as headlines, CTAs, forms, and UX/UI
Partner with the market intelligence and customer advocacy teams to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user pain points, uncover conversion blockers, and understand user behavior
Partner with the web team to improve website personalization strategies, tailoring the user experience to specific B2B audience segments
Work with our SEO consultant to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
Optimize chat functionality, including AI agents, to improve lead capture, customer engagement, and conversion rates
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise
Digital marketing or demand generation experience
SEO knowledge
Web Technology Acumen
Project management skills
Strong data analysis & marketing reporting skills
Strong Communication & Collaboration
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital demand generation/conversion rate optimization
Highly organized, data-driven and detail oriented
Strong understanding of CRO principles, best practices and tools
Familiarity with Marketo, GA4, CrazyEgg, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience executing digital campaigns
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
