About the role:
Napkyn is looking for an experienced digital analytics professional to work directly with our enterprise and scale-up customers. Priority will be given to candidates with hands-on experience using the Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and Google Cloud, including BigQuery.
In this hybrid role, you’ll act as both a data analyst and a delivery account lead. You’ll organize, analyze, and visualize your customer’s data to drive high-value, high-impact marketing and business decisions. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating internal delivery, leading client communications, and ensuring work is completed on time and aligned to client needs.
You’ll regularly present data-driven insights and recommendations to your client’s leadership team—highlighting wins, surfacing risks, and identifying opportunities. This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, technical acumen, and client-facing communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Delivery Account Lead for assigned clients, acting as the primary owner of project coordination, internal team alignment, and execution oversight.
- Lead regular client status meetings, ensuring updates are clear, priorities are tracked, and timelines are met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends (tooling and strategic).
- Perform client-facing tasks such as presenting insights or providing training.
- Identify, gather, and analyze information from a variety of large, complex data sets to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
- Gather measurement requirements from a variety of different stakeholders and determine how best to capture them.
- Provide implementation guidance and troubleshooting.
- Fulfill ad-hoc data analysis requests to answer business questions and enable effective decision making.
- Work with internal and external teams to identify areas of opportunity to grow, increase profitability, and optimize program effectiveness.
- Help define and implement analytics best practices and standard operating procedures by documenting work processes and making recommendations to improve current analytics capabilities.
- Perform in-depth analysis and reporting and provide actionable recommendations in line with client goals.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to foster data-driven strategy and execution.
- Own the delivery of work for your assigned clients, ensuring projects are executed on time and to standard.
- Coordinate with analysts, data scientists, and technical stakeholders to align workstreams to client priorities.
- Lead or support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, Monday.com boards, and status updates.
- Proactively raise risks or blockers to the Delivery Director or Client Services team.
- Ensure delivery processes are followed, QA standards are upheld, and meetings are well-prepared with clear agendas, ownership, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3-5 years experience in the digital analytics industry.
- Professional Google Analytics experience and strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Professional experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Advanced experience with raw event analysis using SQL, especially with Google BigQuery.
- Knowledge of tag management tools (GTM, Segment, Adobe Launch).
- Experience with MMM frameworks like Google Meridian is an asset.
