ABOUT THIS AWESOME ROLE:   

We believe that our success is dependent on the value our customers derive from our products and the experience they have with them. As a Senior Account Manager you: 

  • Love challenge and change, you’re up for anything 
  • Are a great listener and expert problem solver with the ability to juggle many competing priorities at once 
  • Have experience working with senior enterprise executives in global organizations. Experience in Transformation, Strategic Program Management or Finance is a plus! 
  • Have a proven ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion 
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth 
  • Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue 

  

ABOUT YOUR DAY : 

  • Embody Sensei’s values: to be selfless, empathetic, nimble, skilled, entrepreneurial, and to act with integrity 
  • Act as a trusted advisor with our customers to ensure account health and drive retention 
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to help solve customer business challenges, acquire new customers and drive ROI 
  • Lead the development of customer strategy, and customer roadmaps and identify retention and expansion opportunities 
  • Ownership and monitoring of financial and customer health with an unwavering focus on value and keen attention to detail 
  • Proactively monitor adoption statistics, survey results and qualitative data to inform your decisions and actions 
  • Plan for and lead Executive Business Reviews with participation from Sensei leadership, customer executives and decision-makers 

  

ABOUT YOU : 

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a growth-focused customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS and/or Consulting 
  • Have held strategic customer-facing roles  
  • Effective communicator, both verbal and written 
  • Awesome interpersonal skills, able to quickly build external and internal relationships 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills – understanding Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a bonus!
