At Pontosense, we’ve developed radar sensing technology that’s up to 10,000x more accurate than conventional solutions, able to detect even the slightest human movements, like a heartbeat, without the need for wearables, cameras, or invasive monitoring.


In North America, 1 in 3 adults over 65 experience a serious fall each year, often alone, in places like bathrooms or bedrooms, where traditional monitoring tools fail. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among seniors, yet most solutions on the market today either invade privacy (like cameras) or simply aren’t reliable (like wearables that are often removed or forgotten). 

With 77 million seniors expected to be living in North America by 2030, the need for passive, private, and proven monitoring has never been more urgent. 

That’s where Pontosense comes in.
Our radar-based system is 10,000x more accurate than competing solutions, enabling care providers and families to detect critical events in real time, passively, privately, and with reliability. 

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive based in Toronto to help take our AgeTech efforts to the next level. In this strategic role, you’ll shape our go-to-market approach, build lasting client partnerships, and play a key part in bringing life-saving technology to the people who need it most.

What You'll Own:  

  • Drive full-cycle sales efforts to bring in new AgeTech accounts across healthcare, senior living, smart home, and wellness sectors 
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, close, and supporting early client success. 
  • Bring a solution-oriented, collaborative approach to each client relationship 
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans with our Engineering and Product teams. 
  • Act as a voice of the customer across internal teams, helping prioritize roadmap, integration, and customization opportunities 
  • Expand and deepen relationships with key partners over time

Who You Are 

  • You’re an experienced AE with a track record of success in high-consideration, complex sales environments 
  • You’ve sold technical or B2B solutions and understand how to work cross-functionally to deliver results 
  • You thrive on strategy, relationship-building, and value selling 
  • You’ve worked with or sold into healthtech, medtech, or AgeTech (or are eager to do so) 
  • You know how to deliver results today while building for the long term

  • Prefer scripted or transactional sales over consultative selling 
  • Struggle to adapt to and recognize unique customer needs 
  • Prefer account management over active selling 
  • Avoid hands-on product demos 
  • Don’t connect with the aging market or its mission 
  • Can’t or prefer not to travel occasionally for events
