You are pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Event Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), or something similar. You’ll bring experience in customer success, marketing, or communications, combined with well-developed technical and business expertise, and a genuine affinity for technology, customer experience, and value realization. You’re a self-starting go-getter who thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple priorities with minimal direction, and collaborates skillfully across all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, paired with critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize and assess large quantities of data into actionable insights. Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel, and data management is required, with additional experience in digital marketing, event planning, and virtual event tools considered an asset.

Build It

In this role, lead end-to-end solution adoption campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders and adoption leads to drive visibility and meet yearly targets, while building and managing cross-functional partnerships to align expectations and timelines for delivery. To support these efforts, you will provide reports and analytics for Customer Success. This means you will extract, transform, and process data. You will turn campaign performance into clear data visualizations and actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will find ways to scale and automate reporting tools.

Belong

The Solution Adoption Campaign Internship supports the SAP Solution Adoption Team in defining and executing the Solution Adoption strategy and leverage analytics to build best-in-class customer experiences. The solution scope covers Cloud ERP Private and/or Supply Chain solutions.

Qualifications

Anticipated Start Date: November/December 2026 

Duration: 6 Months (with potential 6-month extension) 

Schedule: 40 HR/week 

Hybrid (Mandatory): Vancouver, Canada

Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field. 

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

The salary range for this position is included in the job posting. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will fall within that range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and scope of the role, as determined through the selection process. Any variable incentive amount is target-based, with actual payouts dependent on company and individual performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
