Responsibilities
- Design test processes and procedures to ensure software operates in accordance with defined requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to minimize repetitive manual testing.
- Conduct in-depth functional testing to ensure business requirements are met and are "fit-for-purpose" through end-to-end functional and automation testing.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
- Communicate any obstacles clearly to raise awareness and prevent project impediments and disruptions to the overall project timeline.
- Work in partnership with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers on tasks related to planning, testing, and coordination of release activities.
- Participate in the user story creation process by dissecting high-level requirements during team review sessions.
- Demonstrate an interest in taking ownership of products and projects.
- Exhibit flexibility to adapt to continuously changing priorities and challenges.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain composed under pressure.
- Show a keen interest in studying and learning new technologies.
- Maintain documentation across the projects and support audits.
Basic Qualifications
- Over 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with a background in automation testing.
- Expertise in QA within the Salesforce.com platform.
- Experience in automation testing, particularly with AccelQ.
- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans.
- Knowledgeable in integration testing and end-to-end testing.
- Skilled in creating functional scripts, UAT scripts, and guiding businesses in UAT testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications that may include Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant
- Coordinated program and project external audits
- Technology certifications such as GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g. Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ)
- Agile trainings and certifications such as Scaled Agile SAFE, Agilist
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Connect product, systems within the Patient Services functions
- Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics, and services technologies, Tableau analytics and reporting
