Responsibilities

  • Design test processes and procedures to ensure software operates in accordance with defined requirements.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to minimize repetitive manual testing.
  • Conduct in-depth functional testing to ensure business requirements are met and are "fit-for-purpose" through end-to-end functional and automation testing.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
  • Communicate any obstacles clearly to raise awareness and prevent project impediments and disruptions to the overall project timeline.
  • Work in partnership with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers on tasks related to planning, testing, and coordination of release activities.
  • Participate in the user story creation process by dissecting high-level requirements during team review sessions.
  • Demonstrate an interest in taking ownership of products and projects.
  • Exhibit flexibility to adapt to continuously changing priorities and challenges.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Show a keen interest in studying and learning new technologies.
  • Maintain documentation across the projects and support audits.


Basic Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with a background in automation testing.
  • Expertise in QA within the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Experience in automation testing, particularly with AccelQ.
  • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans.
  • Knowledgeable in integration testing and end-to-end testing.
  • Skilled in creating functional scripts, UAT scripts, and guiding businesses in UAT testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications that may include Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant
  • Coordinated program and project external audits
  • Technology certifications such as GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g. Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ)
  • Agile trainings and certifications such as Scaled Agile SAFE, Agilist
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Connect product, systems within the Patient Services functions
  • Knowledge of database, storage, hosting, cloud, application, analytics, and services technologies, Tableau analytics and reporting
